Delivery
We attempt to fly a message within 24 hours after receipt of the message order.
Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery to your shipping address.
Certain weather conditions make it is unsafe for birds to fly messages.
These conditions may include, but are not limited to, rain, thunderstorms,
strong winds, fog and snow.
During such conditions, birds are not released with messages therefore
we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Your PigeonGram is important to us. We will delivery your PigeonGram as soon
as we can.
Message Content
We reserve the right to refuse any message. In general, we do not restrict message content,
but we will refuse messages that we believe are threats to persons or property.
Anomymity
PigeonGrams are anonymous unless you place information in the message making it otherwise.
We do not give out information about specific messages. For questions about your order, use
the contact email address you supplied when the order was placed.
Privacy
We keep all message content confidential. We do not sell or share email or
other information that is entered when an order is placed. We will only send email to a supplied
email address if we need to clarify information concerning an order or other order related information.
Any message content displayed on this site is either fictional or created by PigeonGram
for display purpose.
Liabilty
We have only limited control of our birds and your message when it is being flown.
If a message is lost, it will be reflown. For this reason, at least two copies of a
personalized message should be sent in the case that it must be reflown.
Our total liability and remedy for failure to fly a message, or the lost of a message,
is the refund of the purchase price.
